Specific terms governing individual products (such as Trade Conductor) may supplement these Terms and will be presented at the time of product access or account creation. In the event of conflict, product-specific terms control with respect to that product.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Services.
All content on our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, design, and the Orlo Works wordmark — is owned by or licensed to Orlo Works LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our Services without our prior written consent. The Orlo Works name, wordmark ("Orlo · Works"), and associated visual identity may not be used without express written permission.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
